Transparency is the foundation of trust. These Terms & Conditions explain the formal relationship between you, the client, and TopReplicaClub.com when placing an order, using our website, or communicating with our official support team.

By placing an order with TopReplicaClub.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below. These terms apply to orders, payments, shipment handling, customs-related matters, returns, warranty claims, refund review, website use, official communication, and client responsibilities.

Ordering & Payment Protocol

1.1

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order, submit payment, create an account, or communicate with TopReplicaClub.com regarding a purchase.

1.2

Product Availability

Product availability may change quickly due to factory batches, market demand, model version updates, supplier availability, or route limitations. If a selected model becomes temporarily unavailable, delayed, replaced by a newer version, or requires additional sourcing time, our support team will contact you before the order moves forward.

1.3

Payment Security

Available payment methods may include PayPal online checkout, bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or other confirmed payment routes provided by official support. Customers can review our order and payment guide before placing an order. We reserve the right to request additional verification for high-value, unusual, or first-time orders to reduce fraud risk and protect both parties.

1.4

Deposits and Balance Payments

For selected orders, a deposit may be required before sourcing, QC arrangement, or COD route confirmation begins. Any remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms confirmed by official support.

Balance-on-delivery options are not available for every country and may depend on local courier coverage, regional agent availability, order value, and destination rules.

1.5

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before final QC approval, sourcing completion, special preparation, or shipment dispatch. Once QC media is approved, the item has been prepared, or the parcel has entered the logistics process, cancellation may no longer be available.

Important: Custom sourcing, special model requests, strap sizing, client-confirmed QC approval, or dispatch preparation may limit cancellation eligibility.

Logistics & Customs Liability

2.1

Global Delivery

TopReplicaClub.com arranges international shipping through suitable logistics routes, which may include DHL, FedEx, UPS, EMS, DPD, or regional carrier partners depending on destination, route availability, and delivery conditions.

Standard international delivery is generally estimated at 7–15 business days after dispatch. For a more detailed explanation of delivery routes, estimated timelines, customs clearance, and COD availability, please review our shipping and delivery policy.

2.2

Customs Responsibility

We review available shipping routes before dispatch and may use safer transit options where available. However, customs procedures are controlled by local authorities and may vary by country or region.

  • Customs detention: If a parcel is confirmed detained, seized, or unable to be delivered due to a covered shipping issue, TopReplicaClub.com will review the case and may provide a replacement shipment, refund, or another practical solution according to the confirmed situation.
  • Import duties: Any import tax, customs duty, local handling charge, or government-imposed fee charged by the destination country remains the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
2.3

Lost in Transit

If tracking fails to update for an unusually long period and the parcel is confirmed lost by available logistics information, we will review the case based on tracking records, courier feedback, destination details, order status, and logistics confirmation. After dispatch, customers may check available shipment updates through our order tracking page.

A replacement, refund, or other practical solution may be arranged after the case is verified. Tracking delays alone do not automatically mean the parcel is lost.

2.4

Recipient Information and Delivery Attempts

Clients are responsible for providing accurate recipient name, phone number, postal code, email address, and delivery address before dispatch. Delays, failed delivery attempts, returns, storage fees, or delivery problems caused by inaccurate or incomplete information may be the responsibility of the client.

Returns, Replacements & Warranty

3.1

7-Day Inspection Period

Customers have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to inspect the watch and report any arrival damage, obvious factory defect, or incorrect-item issue. Clear photos or videos may be required to review the claim. Detailed return eligibility, evidence requirements, refund timing, and warranty exclusions are explained in our refund and returns policy.

  • Verified defect or wrong item: We may arrange repair, replacement, refund, or another solution after confirmation.
  • Non-quality return: A non-quality return may be considered only if the watch is unworn, unused, unadjusted, and all protective films, factory seals, and packaging remain intact.
  • Return approval: Customers must contact official support before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3.2

1-Year Movement Warranty

TopReplicaClub.com provides a limited one-year warranty for eligible internal mechanical movement failures under normal use. This may include abnormal timing deviation, winding system failure, or inconsistent date change after review.

The warranty does not cover water damage, impact damage, scratches, plating wear, bracelet adjustment, accidental drops, misuse, incorrect operation, normal wear, or unauthorized repair.

3.3

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method, bank, or payment provider.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval, but final posting time may depend on the original payment channel.

3.4

Return Evidence and Inspection

DOA, damaged-item, defective-item, incorrect-item, warranty, or return claims may require clear photos or videos showing the package condition, watch condition, and claimed issue. Returned items must be received and inspected before repair, replacement, return approval, or refund decisions are made.

Legal Disclaimer, Liability & Security

4.1

Product Representation

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and version information. However, minor batch variations, finishing differences, movement version updates, small dial printing differences, or factory production changes may occur and are not automatically classified as defects.

4.2

Limitation of Liability

TopReplicaClub.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, use, delay, delivery, customs processing, or inability to use any product.

Where permitted by applicable law, our total financial liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific item involved in the verified claim.

4.3

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, customs actions, regional restrictions, carrier strikes, war, civil unrest, payment network interruptions, or severe logistics disruptions.

Customers should only follow payment, shipping, return, refund, and warranty instructions provided through the official TopReplicaClub.com email, WhatsApp, or contact information listed on this website. For uncertain instructions or account verification, please use our official contact page.

Additional Client Responsibilities & Website Terms

5.1

Definitions Used in This Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, “Client” refers to the person placing an order or communicating with TopReplicaClub.com. “Order” refers to any confirmed product request, payment, deposit, or purchase arrangement. “QC” refers to quality-control photos, videos, or inspection information provided before dispatch. “Dispatch” means the parcel has entered the logistics process.

“DOA” refers to a verified arrival issue reported within the eligible inspection period. “Warranty Claim” refers to a support request involving an eligible internal mechanical movement issue under normal use.

5.2

Website Use and Accurate Information

Clients agree to use TopReplicaClub.com in a lawful, honest, and reasonable manner. You must provide accurate contact information, delivery details, payment information, and communication details when placing an order.

TopReplicaClub.com may refuse, cancel, or delay any order if the information provided appears incomplete, false, suspicious, inconsistent, or related to fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, or unauthorized payment activity.

5.3

Product Information and Batch Variation

Product photos, descriptions, specifications, factory names, movement references, and version details are provided to help clients understand the product before ordering. However, factory batches may change over time, and small differences may exist between batches.

Minor differences in dial printing, lume tone, brushing direction, clasp finishing, bracelet feel, crystal reflection, case weight, or movement decoration may occur and are not automatically treated as defects unless they materially affect the product’s normal use or were clearly misrepresented.

5.4

QC Review and Client Approval

When QC photos or videos are provided, the client is responsible for reviewing the visible product details before approval. Once QC is approved and the order is dispatched, the order generally cannot be cancelled for personal preference, batch comparison, or change of mind.

Important: QC approval confirms that the client has reviewed the available product media and authorizes TopReplicaClub.com to proceed with shipment.

5.5

Official Communication Channels

Clients should only follow payment, shipping, return, warranty, and refund instructions provided through the official email, WhatsApp, or contact information listed on TopReplicaClub.com.

We are not responsible for loss, fraud, misinformation, or payment mistakes caused by communicating with unofficial accounts, fake representatives, copied websites, or third-party contacts claiming to represent TopReplicaClub.com.

5.6

Payment Verification and Fraud Prevention

TopReplicaClub.com reserves the right to request additional verification for high-value orders, unusual payment activity, mismatched billing details, first-time orders, or suspicious transaction behavior.

Orders may be delayed, held, cancelled, or refunded if the payment cannot be verified, if fraud risk is detected, or if the client refuses reasonable verification required to protect both parties.

5.7

Chargeback and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact TopReplicaClub.com first before opening a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal request. We will review order records, QC records, delivery status, tracking information, and support communication to help resolve the issue fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false non-delivery claims, or payment reversals after confirmed delivery may result in account restriction, refusal of future orders, and submission of order evidence to the payment provider or relevant service channel.

5.8

Import Rules and Local Responsibility

International clients are responsible for understanding the import rules, customs requirements, tax rules, and delivery restrictions in their own country or region before placing an order.

While TopReplicaClub.com may recommend suitable logistics routes where available, we cannot control local customs policies, local courier behavior, import tax decisions, or government restrictions in the destination country.

5.9

Water Resistance and Usage Responsibility

Water resistance should not be treated as a guaranteed feature unless the watch has passed a professional pressure test before water exposure. We do not recommend swimming, showering, sauna, steam rooms, diving, or underwater use with any super clone watch.

Damage caused by water exposure, steam, soap, salt water, pressure changes, unsecured crowns, or improper use is not covered as a normal warranty issue.

5.10

Intellectual Property and Brand Disclaimer

TopReplicaClub.com is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any luxury watch brand, trademark owner, manufacturer, authorized distributor, or authorized retailer mentioned on this website. Brand names, model names, reference numbers, and visual descriptions may be used for identification, comparison, or product description purposes only.

5.11

Account Restriction and Refusal of Service

TopReplicaClub.com reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict communication, or decline future transactions if a client provides false information, abuses support staff, attempts fraudulent activity, submits repeated false claims, or violates these Terms & Conditions.

5.12

Policy Updates and Continued Use

TopReplicaClub.com may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in order handling, payment methods, shipping routes, warranty rules, legal requirements, or business operations.
